This site provides general real estate information. Browsing, contacting Genesis or submitting a form does not create an agency relationship or an obligation to buy. A written agreement is required before an agent shows a residential property to a prospective buyer under Texas law. Representation and services are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Brokerage and compensation
Genesis Garcia is a Texas real estate agent with Keller Williams Metropolitan. Real estate compensation is negotiable and is not set by law. The written agreement establishes fees and who pays them. Seller or builder contributions are not guaranteed; buyers should understand any payment obligation before signing.
Programs, financing and third parties
Loan, down payment assistance, credit and builder programs depend on eligibility, availability, lender approval and program terms. No approval, interest rate, credit score change, incentive or closing date is guaranteed. Lenders, inspectors, credit providers and other third parties provide separate services; you may compare and select providers. Some builder incentives require particular providers. This site does not provide legal, tax or lending advice. Consult qualified professionals for your circumstances.
Information and fair housing
Information is believed reliable but is not guaranteed. Verify property details, prices, availability, schools, travel times, taxes, flood risk and other material facts independently. HAR closing price bands are ranges, not exact sale prices. Career totals are supplied by Genesis and may differ from transactions displayed in HAR. Genesis supports equal housing opportunity and does not discriminate on any basis prohibited by law. Community descriptions do not guarantee suitability or future conditions.
Communications and privacy
Forms request consent for real estate calls and texts, including automated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
